Walked in and was greeted by Michelle who was so friendly and had everything ready for us, we waited about 2 minutes before being called back into a room and we were seen within 5 minutes by the Dr. He spent plenty of time talking with us and was very informative. We were thrilled with how wonderful all the staff was! 100/10.
I saw Dr. Vyas for some issues I was having (yes, he is my husband) and he was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions! I have also had the pleasure of getting to know the rest of the partners in the practice and they are all trusting, experienced and wonderful. As a patient, having a physician with good bedside manner and one who actually listens is so crucial to our experience (especially when it is an uncomfortable one) and all of them exhibit that quality. Highly recommend this practice!
Extremely impressed with the quality of care I received at DI. My first impression was extremely positive, as the front desk staff was very kind and seemingly efficient. During my initial appointment with Dr. Vyas, I felt like I was genuinely being listened to and taken care of; at subsequent appointments as well as during a procedure, I continued to feel respected. Dr. Vyas carefully and thoroughly explained everything to me and empowered me with knowledge to make the decisions that were right for me, which in my opinion resulted in a great outcome. I would recommend DI to all of my family and friends, and I will continue to see Dr. Vyas in the future whenever needed!
